Haven't had such a great week myself so far. Had a bad cold, Liverpool stuffed up against Tottenham, had 2 rows at work (one with a security guard - i know how to pick my fights), cut my finger at work, can't get much sleep and of course i still lose everyday in the forum.

At least you can look back and know you've actually won, i've really done my best to make my posts interesting but its never enough and i don't think i can do better than i already am. Think the only way i'll ever win is if a massive game comes out and keeps everyone hooked to their bedrooms one night while i have the forum to myself.

Even then someone will probably come on here for the first time and say "um, what do you talk about in here ?" and win with that entry, knocking aside my efforts. No offence to anyone here but it is so disheartning when you lose day after day to anything and everything and you know that what your putting out is the best you can do.
Until yesterday, i had my doubts that my posts were even read cause its not often i get any replies to my topics so i was pretty amazed that Grix and Fantasy said the comments they did. Thanks again to them for making me feel like i exist on this site :-)

I wonder if Ali was really rewarding Grix for something the previous day, when the prize went over to the Naming Competition?

Regardless - clearly a deserved winner who has lucked out on a number of ocassions in the past. Well done Grix and I hope you other hopefuls win soon.

None taken, I didn't think it should have won either. But I'm not going to complain. :)

I wrote something really good after that, and he opted for something he thought was funny. No offence but it shouldn't of really won if Ali read mine.

Is that really what I won it for? It goes agaisnt all my rules...


Ah well. Once again, I have no idea what to get. Perhaps I will get Mario on the Gamecube... :)

I.E. Imaginary characters, I.E. those that aren't played by people, not including James Bond, never age.
