It's RPG without being too RPG... :)
:P
I love Mario games and most of the Nintendo franchises, Zelda is probably one of the few adventure games I've ever gotten in to fully (that and Skies of Arcadia) and generally their games are different enough to be interesting.
So a Wii and a 360 are ideal together, providing me all the games I'll ever need.
I bought a Cube before my Xbox and got rid of it as Xbox Live was so much more fun, then they came out with decent exclusives (Resi 4 etc) so I got myself a platinum Cube for those.
Definitely worth it.
> I still intend to get one
i don't really understand why. It sounds like you'd be much happier with a xbox 360 or a new pc.
EDIT: At least the wii's line up is far superior to PS3's.
Lots of RPGs and FPS games please! Y'know like the big list of ones on or coming to the 360? Yeah? Got it Nintendo? Good.
Oh and a launch title with multiplayer ot rival one of the classics (Goldeneye, Bomberman) would be nice, but not one that lacks any decent longevity though (Smash Bros).
I tried looking for that advert on YouTube, the one with the Japanese people using the controller. Can't seem to find it. The controllers not just a gimmick is it? Like with the washing machine tablets (in a net, in a ball, etc). I'm hoping there's a lot more to it.
The PS3 will have to wait...
