Out of interest. Who here has got a tattoo or something pierced?

Why not? I wouldn't suit an earring or pierced eyebrow. As for tatoos, my back is badly scarred, couldn't have one there. My left arm has a huge BCG scar right slap bang in the middle of where I'd want a tatoo (among other scars) And my right arm is pretty badly scarred too. All that, and my parents would disown me, heh

Maybe when I'm older, if my scars heal up, I might get something. I'm waiting till they can do them and remove them whenever you want. Plus, I don't like pain ;)

I would get Japanese writing if i were to get a tattoo. But i would learn japanese first so i know they arent writing "Im a mong" or something on my arm.

Someone who used to go to my school (a dumb boy) once tried to piece his ear. Shoved his ear lobe under the cold tap for about 20 minutes, then tried to shove a pin through it, and screamed like a girl... was funny at the time...

I did that to my ears...just without the alcohol and with a self sharpened ear ring.

My mum is a tattoist, I can get any tattoo i want for free if i want, but i don't know if i want one, it's quite a big decision cos its gonna be there for life, i laugh at people that get a stupid tattoo like tweetypie or sumthin cos it's gonna be there when they are 80 odd, unless they get a cover up or get it lasered.

I would personally get tribal, tribal is pure black, like a silhouette, i would get a tribal dragon or sumthin.

Because it would cost money to enhance (well arguably enhance... depends who you ask whether this stuff looks good/bad) my appearance, and it would probably hurt... and I don't really care about my appearance.

No, I can't see any point.

I probably sound really boring. I'm not against these things or anything, and don't look down on people with them in an old fashioned kinda way, but personally I'm not bothered how I'm percieved by other people if they are just judging me on appearance, and add to that the fact I'd probably be too scared/broke to get any of these done anyway and you have a prime example of someone who will probably never get pierced/tattoed.

My mum and dad would probably kick my @ss if i had it done, and my friends would probably take the mick.

£30?!? Ive got a safety pin and some alcohol, i can do it for free.

This is sad I know, but you could buy one of those fake ones so you can see what it might look like.
Better than shelling out £30+ to find out it looks stupid.
