personally i think its a bit of a rip of being £4, which is why i only buy occasionally,
one thing that annoyed me this month though, was their review of Mario Sunshine, they basically slated it the whole way through, from the camera angles, to the graphics and the size and number of levels, and saying how its taken six years work and its doesnt really offer anything new over mario64, yet they still gave it 9/10 at the end.
ps. Capcom vs Snk Eo only got 3/10 i was gonna get this but now im not so sure,
However, Edge has abused the system a bit, and made a few mistakes; Halo was nowhere near a ten (no matter how good the AI), and 4 for Jedi Knight 2? Not really. Still, it's their opinion. They seem to moan about linearity though, and then slate Morrowind for being too open ended.
Did anyone read the Redeye bit this month? Quite funny, eh?

Camera probs? and more???
Are you insane? No offence, but that game was shear PERFECTION!!!

But didn't Mario 64 revolutionise the platform gaming genre?
Halo was a mixed bunch. Yes. I believe it's one of the better games of 2002. One of my favourites in fact. But worthy of a 10? Not IMO.

Well excuse me but Halo is about the most un-original concept you can get, it added nothing new to the genre and once you reach the Library levels it becomes tedious and dull. But that didn't stop Edge giving it 10/10 and claiming it's the best thing to ever happen, ever.
