They're all more bothered trying to look 'nice' and try their best to be popular and liked that they talk about rubbish.
It's making me annoyed... I've started conversations off about news and things but ends up going back to them because everyone is so self-obsessed or think educating yourself is so 'uncool'.
At least in History we talk about stuff... it's usually only me and teacher having discussion with the typical moron comment.
That's why I like to post here... usually I just read arguments, poems and stories without always replying because it's nice to hear someone elses views except your own.
So keep it up :)

Um I know what you mean. Even the people I work with only seem to want to talk about some soap they watched on the TV last night and most of them have PhDs. I have made one friend who loves to disscuss books with me over coffee though which nice. And her boyf is really into games which is nice. I get on well with both of them.
I used to have loads of really deep conversations while I was at university. I met the Ogre through one of my late night conversations in my room :). Four years later we are still together...but I digress
