Pro Evo shouldn't have been elected, and isn't around anyway

SonicRav shouldn't have been elected (because he came third) and doesn't seem to want it anyway (don't know how he feels now)

Sniper said something about not wanting it (I'm not sure, I couldn't understand what he said, but I think that was the jist of it)

One of these should go (probably Pro Evo since he's not around)
