well i do. What is the attraction of a bunch of blokes acting out a load of fake "fights" which are so heavily scripted as to make them look utterly ridiculous. Their is something distinctly camp about some of those rubber suits. Right, i also think that the storylines are crap, what level of realism can be acheived by a bunch of blokes screaming "you've been with my wife" even though you rarely see anything off the outside world in it. Now the merchandise is even worse than the actual event its self. wrestling games are the height of boring gaming as they are very static and too be quite honest hastily put together with little thought about it as they know the fans will accept it as they are delude by the image (ahem wrestlemania 2000). Now the discussions people have about it, and hang on everybit of the story line.....or ask what happened last night....or what moves did they do....i've got it on video i cant wait to see the rock to the people's elbow for the tn millionth time (even though it is comparatively lame compared to many other moves, and looks far from cool).

yep very sorry about this thread, it was unfair and i retract it. I actually have a lot of respect for this actual forum, as even though i don't like the actual wrestling at least you are commited and talk purely about your dedicated subject. Yep very sorry, a joke to far!

Listen dude, I think you're cool after that stunt you played with the Notable elections...but if you're gunna come here and say wrestling is crap...at least have a valid, lengthy point to back you up! We get this sort of stuff from annoying newbies, but not normally regulars (except Mystique). Still, at least you come back to see the replies, unlike most people who do these pathetic topics.

I must say cong man you have a valid point. How ever my main intent was mainly to try and understand the atraction to wrestling, as it intrigues me why it is so popular. I had to be a bit harsh to get a response.

I'd just like to say.

I Don't like knitting.

Therefore I don't go on knitting forums.

You don't like wrestling.

So therefore don't come on a wrestling forum.

Now is that TOO simple?

At the time, Wrestlemania 2000 was a god send for me.

Bloody superb. Me and my mates had some proper hefty multiplayer action with that game...missed a lot of 6th form in the process as well...

The game was improved for us through the CAW option. YOu could make your own wrestler as strong and tall as you bloody liked! so we all had super wrestlers with all the mad moves and all the great high flying moves...

It was also extra special becasue our own wrestlers had thier own personalitions that said somthing about each of us. There is no point of my explaining the details on here, becasue it woudnt mean anything to an outsider...but the game was extra special becasue of those personalisations. I can tell you that one of our wrestlers was one of our teachers from school. Most respected Teacher in our school EVER! He is one guy you dont mess with...proper bites your head off if you step out of line. The visual simularity between the CAW and my teacher was quite amazing...

The game ruled also becasue you could copy your openents special move...loved that feature.

LOVED THIS GAME TO PIECES.

So your saying I have a small imagination?

Lisen, dude, its entertainment for us fans.

Just like the stuff you look for in entertainment.

I bet we could pick something that you like out that we absolutely hate just as much as you hate wrestling.

Whatever that may be I dont know but there will be something, im sure.
