Xbox Live/PS2 online/GC online is'nt even out yet, so acclaim most likely won't even bother...

I think its entirely possible, after all the Dreamcast version of Quake 3 was originaly intended to be playble online against PC owners.

While is probably could be done, it just isn't worth Acclaims while. Sales of the game wouldn't rise significantly for them to bother with this feature.

Yes but then you will have the muppets that will try and get onto the broadband server using a 14.4KB/S modem. The PS2 version has also played a lot slower than the GameCube and Xbox versions and the frame rate is said to be problematic, how would they play against the Xbox and GameCuber versions if this is the out come of the game? Big problems would accure and although I am 100% in favour of the idea and a great one it may be, I just don't think it would work.

Simple - Activision have 2 servers - one for broadband, one for narrowband.
Xbox owners and broadband PS2/Gamecube owners will connect to the broadband one together, so no problems there.

As for the PS2 version, the only difference will be how the PS2 version will have slightly dumbed graphics. No reason why that will affect the Gameplay.

The only problem in this case is that because none of the online facilities for any of the 3 consoles have properly taken off yet, I'm not sure whether Activision have made any online options in Turok (maybe for the Xbox version but I doubt there will be for others).

Also, MS plans to serve all its own games in Xbox live.
I suppose the the games company COULD leave an option in the game to log into their own server rather than Microsofts, but whether MS will want them doing that remains to be seen.
