When the fans first grabbed the game they found it exciting, like a brand new challenge.
Why are Nintendo falling into the same trap over and over again, everyone knows Pokemon has been left to rot. Could you imagine 350 of those things running about the screen?Terrifying,I think you'll agree.
What is the point of Nintendo bringing out these Pokemon games if no-one is bothered to play them.
We all know that Nintendo should be shifting their resources to better software for consoles like GBA and Gamecube.
Next time you're walking down the high street , staring at Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire thinking you want them.Think again and tell yourself NO ,it's just the same old game with a new name.
Likewise, Mario isn't as he was 10 years ago. Neither is Sonic.
BUT, because their games are still great, they still have a following of gamesplayers. The Pokemon games are some of the best Gameboy RPG's around.
And ofcourse they should make 100 new monsters. It would be boring just having the old ones. Besides, if you don't feel up to the task, you don't HAVE to catch them all...

It may be getting old. But what has changed about so many games? Tony Hawks series? New moves, new levels. Pokemon series- new Pokemon, and new areas. So many sequels and series just add more features, and that's what the Pokemon games are doing. It's the old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Nintendo may not be selling Pokemon in as huge numbers as they were, but they're still selling them.
