Hey i may just be a newbie but i was wondering why anyone would want to register twice. i mean why would you want to be put back to a newbie. Newbie's get very little credit and are ussually ignored(i speak from exp) anyway if anyone's got an insight just reply!

Some people do it for a laugh so they can post as someone else every-so-often.
Others, such as RM18, do it so that they will have another account so they can vote for themselves in the Notable elections.
