To get the red suit, go to goroncity and stop the thing that's roling around with a bomb rock. Then talk to it to get the suit.
Then drop down to the door and pull the statue out in side the room to uncover a secret passage. Use the hookshot to get over to the other side and get the song. Now put on the suit and head for the temple.
