I can't find the eigth cactuar, I can only find 3 whirlpools, and it's not

N/m, I couldn't find the cactuar, bc I hadn't deposited the 1st sphere in
the stone, i'm a moron.

I went north of the tent w/ the savepoint in Sanubia Sands, but still
can't find the 2nd Cactuar. Is it in that area w/ the sandstorms? If so,
