Try looking on dictionary.com anyway from said place, tis the following.
1. Sour or bitter tasting; acid. See Synonyms at bitter.
2. Sharp or biting, as in character or expression: “At times, the playwright allows an acerbic tone to pierce through otherwise arid or flowery prose” (Alvin Klein).
Ok, I think Shocktrooper mean's he's sour, sharp and bitter. I haven't experienced any of this (first hand) or seen any of this more than some other people here.
