oh well it is only this long till the "im so clever" or "i think im going to curl up in a corner and die" threads start, with the joy that is results day. Good luck to anyone who did exams! And try not to worry about em as there is nothing you can do now and you can always sue the exam board later if they muck your exams up! lol

Here's my optimistic guess at my results:

Physics - A (only got about 30% in prelim but got 100% in last test)
Geography - A (another 100% in last test)
English - B
Chemistry - B
Maths - B... maybe a C because paper was hard.

Hurrah I can remember stuff well... stupid education system.

*dances*

Lack of confidence is hardly a virtue, be you academic or otherwise. Either you master your fears, or your fears master you.

Life is game, play to win, or expect to lose.

Mine are on the 15th. AS's that is. I need AAAB/AABB to even stand a chance of getting into Oxford. So I'm nervous.

bit harsh. Im confident that ive done well but there are people who naturally lack confidence and are very nervous people. In fact some of the cleverest people i know are usually the ones who are the most nervous. The less academic ones i know have generally accepted that they aren't going to do well and so aren't nervous. For most people i would say thats not true.

If you are unsure of your results to the point of being worried or even concerned, then you probably don't deserve to pass.

I was never concerned about my results. From the moment I walked out of the exam rooms for each exams, I knew I'd done enough to get what I wanted.
