If it’s too long, skip the background. And read carefully, as it can be tricky keeping track. Hope it lives up to your expectations – enjoy! Oh, and don’t remember Ant’s Method™*
Welcome to tonight’s main event, a potentially epic main event between three of the most dominant tag teams in history, and these factions have been ferociously feuding for as long as I can remember – the CAW Tag Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster)!
There’s some many elements that could play a part in this match up, and each one could be potentially decisive in terms of the outcome of this match. Firstly you have the long running feud between Reaver (Ant) and Cong Man, the animosity between The Three Elements and the System Fighters, potential interference from allies DW, STD (Figo) and Mouldy Cheese, not to mention the potential wildcard in the mysterious Masked Man. Could any one of these factors prove decisive?

Let’s take a look at how this match up came about…
The Masked Man made an immediate impact by keeping Cong Man in SRW…
“As The Psychiatrist slowly gets to his feet…WHAT’S THIS! A masked man runs through the crowd, armed with a 2x4 wrapped in barb wire!!! WHO THE HELL IS THAT! The mask is preventing us from seeing who it is, it appears to have red symbols on it! The mysterious masked individual slides into the ring…OH MY GO…HE JUST TOOK OUT GRANDPRIX WITH THE BARB WIRE!! THIS IS SICKENING!!! HE TURNS…AND TAKES OUT THE PSYCHIATRIST!! GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!
HE PICKS UP CONG MAN AND DROPS HIM ON TOP OF GRANDPRIX!! I DON’T BELIEVE THIS!! 1………….2…………3!!!!”
This seriously pi$$ed of Reaver (Ant)…
“Reaver’s going crazy, he can’t believe Cong Man is STILL in SRW!! He starts trashing the locker room, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this mad! Reaver picks up a mic and screams right into the camera, his bloodshot eyes bulging into ours! “Cong Man, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL YOU ARE GONE, AND THIS TIME I DON’T MEAN OUT OF SRW, BUT GONE FOR GOOD!!” What the hell does that mean??? “AND AS FOR THAT MASKED MAN, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE HUNTED YOU DOWN LIKE A DOG…AND THEN YOU CAN JOIN CONG MAN IN HELL!!!!”
This led to furious speculation and accusations, with DW, Kevin Nash (allardini) and RawIsAndy all being accused…
Meanwhile, the feuds surrounding this intensified, with STD capturing Grandprix’s newly won HardCaw Title, a member of Da Animalz, Hawk, defeating a member of The Government Mules, Jetster, to bring DW back, and the growing animosity felt by the System Fighters as they became embroiled in this epic feud.
This led to a confrontation backstage prior to this match up…
“You're both a bit useless really, aren't you?" Jetster says cockily, to the crowd's obvious annoyance. "We give you a chance to knock Cong Man out of SRW, and you fail. And then, we give you a chance to beat up that punk STD, and you muck up that too. Are you sure you haven't got anything to do with Masked Man, or Da Animalz?"
Grandprix stands up to Jetster angrily, "Listen, it's your fault I didn't retain my HardCAW Title last week, you cost me money and my pride! The Masked Man has you all in a bit of a state, doesn't he...no wonder you haven't won a match since Free-Fall. If we did have anything to do with him or Da Animalz, then why would we let them cost us titles and our own blood!?"

And it’s all boiled down to this! The CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster) face off in a Triple Threat Match. Here we go!
Howard Finkel steps into the ring for a rundown of this unique match up’s rules. “Welcome to the Triple Threat match for the CAW Tag Team Titles. Because there will be three tag teams, the rules will be thus. Only two men can be legal in the ring at any one time. The legal man can either tag in his tag team partner, or he can tag in one of the two men of the dormant tag team. In order to preserve the sanctity of the tag team belts, victory can only be attained by pinning either member of the tag team champions.” He makes his way from the ring as the referee Teddy Long (Tony) steps in.
“FIGHT THE SYSTEM!” Here come the challengers to a rapturous ovation from the crowd! The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix. Both men look like they have a lot on their mind, but they also appear focussed on the task at hand! Their conversation backstage last week revealed a lot about their desire and hunger, and I think we could see this come through in this match up! They step into the ring and make their way to the corner.
NOW HERE COME THE GOVERNMENT MULES! I can’t…quite…hear their music because the boos are so damn loud! Reaver (Ant) and Jetster strut down to the ring, revelling in the derision from the crowd. As the approach the ring and slowly ascend the steps, their eyes are locked onto that of the System Fighters, with Jetster and Grandprix looking particularly intense, after their recent altercations. After a lengthy stare down period which the crowd love, they turn their attentions to the SpecialTron, awaiting the champions…
“IT BEGAN IN AFRIKA-A-A-A!!!” Arriving to a pop is the CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz of Doom, Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man walk down the ramp, Hawk with his shiny gold belt draped around his shoulder, Cong Man with it around his waist. They step into the ring and Teddy Long (Tony) has a word with them. After much deliberation, it is decided the first two in the ring will be the Government Mule’s Jetster, and one half of the Champions Hawk (AfroJoe)!
DING DING DING!
And the match starts with Jetster and Hawk (AfroJoe) the legal men. The crowd cheer in anticipation. Left hand by Hawk, followed by retaliation by Jetster. Jetster gains the early advantage, and Irish whips Hawk into the corner turnbuckle, slamming his head a few times into the turnbuckle pad before dragging him out and hitting a suplex. Jetster has the early advantage in this match, much to the pleasure of a sneering Reaver, and the annoyance of the System Fighters who are just itching to get involved. Jetster picks up Hawk (AfroJoe) and hits him with some vicious forearms to the jaw that push him right back into the turnbuckle, and then Jetster shows great strength to lift Hawk to the top…but Hawk pushes him off!
Jetster tumbles to the canvas. Hawk seizes the opportunity and hits an ELBOW DROP FROM THE TOP ROPE! He makes good contact and goes for the cover…but Grandprix is quickly in to break it up – that has annoyed Hawk no end! Grandprix puts aside his differences with Jetster – sure, he hates his guts, but he wants those titles! Hawk (AfroJoe) glares at Grandprix, and then turns his attentions to Jetster once more. He hits some swift punch and kicks combos, winding Jetster, and then he Irish whips him to the ropes, but Jetster hangs on, and, with Reaver the other end of the ring, tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)!
The Psychiatrist enthusiastically hops into the ring, rubbing his hands. He charges at Hawk and hits a running clothesline! Hawk gets up again and The Psychiatrist clotheslines him once more! Hawk (AfroJoe) gets to his feet once more, only to be met with a headbutt! Hawk staggers back to his corner, disorientated, but manages to tag in Cong Man! Cong Man climbs through the ropes and locks up with The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), the crowd not sure whom to cheer. They do a bit of scientific wrestling but Cong Man swiftly gains the upper hand, sliding round his back and into a belly to back suplex. He hooks the leg…1…..
…broken up by Reaver (Ant). The referee berates Ant for interfering but there was no chance in hell Reaver would let Cong Man make the pin. Cong Man picks The Psychiatrist up and dazes him with some tough looking left hands. Cong Man grabs The Psychiatrist’s right arm and shoots him into the ropes. He looks for a back drop but lowers his head to early…allowing The Psychiatrist to hit a DDT!
The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) tags in his partner Grandprix. Grandprix continues the assault, stamping on a writhing Cong Man. He grabs the back of his head and yanks him to his feet, then follows it up with a hard knee to the abdomen, making Cong Man keel over. Grandprix clenches both hands, lifts them high above his head, and starts clubbing Cong Man’s back. He leans against the ropes and hits a neckbreaker! Grandprix looks at Reaver, who is practically begging to be tagged in. Grandprix steps over Cong Man to make the tag…but a DROP TOE HOLD BY CONG MAN!
Not yet!! The crowd sigh – they hate Reaver, but they want to see him and Cong Man! Cong Man starts a resurgence by hitting some tough punches, knocking him to the floor. Cong Man then grabs both legs and hits the BANANA SPLIT! Oooh, that’s gotta hurt! Cong Man gets to his feet as Grandprix rolls around in agony. What’s he doing? Cong Man mischievously walks over to Reaver (Ant), offering him the tag! But Reaver won’t accept! Whilst this strange exchange is occurring Grandprix rushes to his feet and pushes Cong Man…WHO BARGES INTO REAVER, KNOCKING HIM FROM THE APRON TO THE RING BARRIER!
Grandprix hobbles over to his partner and tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), as Reaver, looking very ticked off, makes his way back to the apron! This time Reaver (Ant) is demanding to be tagged in, and Cong Man obliges, happy for a breather! Reaver looks pumped and ready! Hard right hand, and another! Reaver runs at Grandprix and hits a RUNNING DROPKICK! He could go for the pin, but picks up Grandprix. Grandprix tries to make the tag, but gets dragged away! Grandprix manages to summon the strength to push Reaver away, only for Hawk (AfroJoe) to push him back into Reaver’s path!! Somehow, Grandprix manages to scramble to The Psychiatrist and make the tag though!
The Psychiatrist steps into the ring. Meanwhile, Grandprix drops off the apron and walks round the outside of the ring, then PULLS HAWK OFF THE APRON! He wants to know what the hell that was back there! Hawk turns away…but then PUSHES GRANDPRIX OVER THE RING BARRIER! They both start brawling in the crowd!! Their partners are shouting for them to get back but they are ignoring them as they go through the crowd…they’ve brawled all the way backstage! Let’s cut to our backstage camera…
(BACKSTAGE CAMERA)
Right hand by Hawk…right into that door! Hawk picks up a steel chair…but Grandprix blocks! He picks up the dormant chair…WHACK! PIFF! SMACK! ONTO HAWK’S BACK! He goes to hit him again…but HAWK STARTS BITING HIS ANKLE! THIS IS HEINOUS! Hawk (AfroJoe), chair in hand, gets to his feet and rams Grandprix, now holding a sign, into the wall! Suddenly…it’s the masked man! THE MASKED MAN! HE PICKS UP A STEEL CHAIR AND LAYS OUT HAWK! THEN GRANDPRIX! HE LIFTS OPEN HIS MASK…IT’S STD (FIGO)! !!! STD IS APPARENTLY THE MASKED MAN! He lifts his wrestling shirt to reveal the HardCAW belt, and says “Still fighting over this, huh? Get over it!” dropping the mask on their broken bodies as he walks out!
(BACK TO MAIN CAMERA)
What the?!? STD THE MASKED MAN! What a turn up! Whilst that was going on, Reaver and The Psychiatrist have been brawling like crazy, but no man has emerged victorious. Worse than that, Da Animalz and The System Fighters are down to one man each! That wasn’t in the script! Reaver (Ant) has The Psychiatrist swiftly tiring in a headlock, as he beckons Jetster to come into the ring, which he does, and they start viciously double teaming The Psychiatrist! As they continue the beating, Cong Man is getting agitated – he’s not having this, and gets into the ring! The crowd go nuts because they think Cong Man will go for Reaver…does he?
No! He pulls Jetster off and starts pummelling him with some right hands! Teddy Long (Tony) has lost complete control of this match up! Cong Man is laying the smack down on Jetster, whilst Reaver (Ant) is beating the living daylights out of The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Reaver sets The Psychiatrist up… DDT DRIVER!! DDT DRIVER TO ‘TRIST!!!
BUT AT THE SAME TIME…CONG MAN JUST HITS THE CONGO BONGO ON JETSTER!!!!
Both men go for the cover simultaneously…BUT THE REF DOESN’T KNOW WHO TO COUNT? HE CHOOSES CONG MAN!!!!

BROKEN UP BY AN EXASPERATED REAVER!!
Reaver realised he couldn’t win by pinning The Psychiatrist, and was just in time saving his partner, and his chance of getting hold of those belts! Who the hell are the legal men amongst this carnage? It’s still Reaver (Ant) and the Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Cong Man and Jetster are told to get outside the ring, where they quickly resume their battle! Cong Man gets the advantage…AND HITS THE CONGO BONGO ON THE OUTSIDE! IT LOOKS LIKE A TKO FOR JETSTER, AND NOW WE’RE DOWN TO ONE MAN EACH!
Back in the ring, the others are oblivious to what just happened. The Psychiatrist groggily gets to his feet, as Reaver anticipates it, whilst the others slide out of the ring and start arguing and talking trash on the outside! Reaver knees The Psychiatrist in the stomach, then hits him with some vicious chops! The Psychiatrist just seems out of it…POWERBOMB BY REAVER!! REAVER GOES UP TOP…….450’ SPLASH!!
BEJESUS! WHAT A MOVE! Reaver just falls on The Psychiatrist – that took a helluva lot out of both men! WHAT?!? THE MASKED MAN COMES RUNNING DOWN THE RAMP AGAIN?!
IS IT STD ONCE AGAIN?
OR…MAYBE HAWK OR GRANDPRIX PICKED UP THE MASK?!!?
THE MASKED MAN COMES IN AND PICKS UP REAVER…AND STARTS ATTACKING HIM....THEN HITS A TREMENDOUS DDT!!
He lifts up the mask….who is it?

This time Dead Wonder seems to be the Masked Man, and he’s just come in and taken out Reaver (Ant)! I do not believe what I am seeing! Cong Man, from the outside, comes in and takes out DW! He then sees the opportunity and goes over to Reaver and hooks his leg…

….MOULDY CHEESE!! Mouldy Cheese just came through the crowd and broke up the three count! This is unbelievable! Just as Mouldy Cheese stands up with a triumphant smile on his face, he turns…straight into DW, who clotheslines him over the top rope! Mouldy Cheese flees back through the crowd, but the damage has already been done! All four men are slowly reviving. Boy, first we though STD was the masked man, then DW, but is either of them the authentic one? Cong Man is first up and goes for the nearly unconscious Psychiatrist (MikeAll) – The Hardcore Gorilla seems furious! Reaver goes to DW, seriously pi$$ed at that assault.!
The crowd are going nuts! Cong Man and Reaver are behaving like men possessed! Cong Man is beating the crap out of The Psychiatrist, with punch after punch after punch – and then he rams his head into the damn turnbuckle! Reaver is chopping the living daylights out of DW – WHOO!, WHOO! WHOOOOOOO!!! OUT OF THE RING!. He turns…
…RIGHT INTO THE PATH OF CONG MAN!
IT’S JUST REAVER AND THE CONG MAN STANDING IN THE RING – IT HAS ALL BOILED DOWN TO THIS MOMENT!! They stare at each other for a long time, and now Reaver starts talking trash, getting right in his face!!! Reaver pushes Cong Man…then Cong Man pushes Reaver. Both men are about to strike the first blow…
WTF?!? THE LIGHTS HAVE JUST GONE OUT?
NOW THEY’RE BACK ON, AND IT’S THE MASKED MAN AGAIN!!! WHO IS IT THIS TIME?? HE’S STANDING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF CONG MAN AND REAVER, 2x4 IN HAND!
THE MASKED MAN GOES TO STRIKE REAVER…
…BUT TURNS AND HITS THE CONG MAN!! OH MY GOD! THE MASKED MAN JUST NAILED THE CONG MAN WITH THE 2x4!! Cong Man drops to the floor as blood gushes down his face! Reaver laughs, and looks at the masked man! Don’t tell me they’ve been in cahoots all along. Reaver goes to shake hands…BUT THE MASKED MAN TAKES OUT REAVER! THIS IS UNHOLY!
Both men are lying on the floor. He looks at Reaver. Then Cong Man. Then…
…HE PUTS REAVER ON TOP OF CONG MAN! THOSE CHEERS HAVE TURNED TO A CACOPHONY OF BOOS! He picks up the referee’s arm…

3!!!!!!!! REAVER HAS WON THE CAW TAG TEAM TITLES FOR THE GOVERNMENT MULES, BUT IT HAS BEEN OVERSHADOWED BY TONIGHT’S EVENTS!
The Masked Man leaves and walks up the ramp. Howard Finkel steps into the ring and puts the tag team titles down to the winners, who are slowly recovering. What devastation! Hawk, STD and Grandprix are nowhere to be seen after they disappeared backstage, old wounds over the HardCaw Title re-opened, and there’s carnage all around the ring as the superstars of SRW CAW division slowly re-awaken. And of course, there’s the other masked man…
As boos ring round the arena, the (still) Masked Man pulls a mic from his trousers and speaks, and removes his mask!!
“I’m the real masked man! You’ve seen a couple of fakers, but I’m the real deal! From now on, there’s a new player in town – you talk about your elements, your animalz, and your fighters, well, from know on, there’s a new factor in SRW – yes, I’m one hell of a fighter, yes, I will be an element in SRW, and, as a matter of fact, I’m an animal as well – SRW has just seen the first of…THE JACKAL (RM18)!

NOTE FROM RM18: Hope you enjoyed the match. Let me explain the thinking behind this match up. I hope no-one is displeased with the ending – I wanted to introduce my CAW, the masked man, and this way was the best way to do it, as I wanted to keep the CAW feud going, while adding a fresh twist – I hope no-one feels I overdid my character’s bit, as I know you’re not allowed to write a match with your own character in, but I wanted him to enter with a bang. So next week on Eclipse, The Jackal will explain why he put Reaver on top of Cong Man, and we will see the fallout, from the STD/Hawk/Grandprix altercation, to the DW/Mouldy Cheese interference, from this match!

Grandprix puts aside his differences with Jetster – sure, he hates his guts, but he wants those titles! Hawk (AfroJoe) glares at Grandprix, and then turns his attentions to Jetster once more. He hits some swift punch and kicks combos, winding Jetster, and then he Irish whips him to the ropes, but Jetster hangs on, and, with Reaver the other end of the ring, tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)!
The Psychiatrist enthusiastically hops into the ring, rubbing his hands. He charges at Hawk and hits a running clothesline! Hawk gets up again and The Psychiatrist clotheslines him once more! Hawk (AfroJoe) gets to his feet once more, only to be met with a headbutt! Hawk staggers back to his corner, disorientated, but manages to tag in Cong Man! Cong Man climbs through the ropes and locks up with The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), the crowd not sure whom to cheer. They do a bit of scientific wrestling but Cong Man swiftly gains the upper hand, sliding round his back and into a belly to back suplex. He hooks the leg…1…..
…broken up by Reaver (Ant). The referee berates Ant for interfering but there was no chance in hell Reaver would let Cong Man make the pin. Cong Man picks The Psychiatrist up and dazes him with some tough looking left hands. Cong Man grabs The Psychiatrist’s right arm and shoots him into the ropes. He looks for a back drop but lowers his head to early…allowing The Psychiatrist to hit a DDT!
The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) tags in his partner Grandprix. Grandprix continues the assault, stamping on a writhing Cong Man. He grabs the back of his head and yanks him to his feet, then follows it up with a hard knee to the abdomen, making Cong Man keel over. Grandprix clenches both hands, lifts them high above his head, and starts clubbing Cong Man’s back. He leans against the ropes and hits a neckbreaker! Grandprix looks at Reaver, who is practically begging to be tagged in. Grandprix steps over Cong Man to make the tag…but a DROP TOE HOLD BY CONG MAN!
Not yet!! The crowd sigh – they hate Reaver, but they want to see him and Cong Man! Cong Man starts a resurgence by hitting some tough punches, knocking him to the floor. Cong Man then grabs both legs and hits the BANANA SPLIT! Oooh, that’s gotta hurt! Cong Man gets to his feet as Grandprix rolls around in agony. What’s he doing? Cong Man mischievously walks over to Reaver (Ant), offering him the tag! But Reaver won’t accept! Whilst this strange exchange is occurring Grandprix rushes to his feet and pushes Cong Man…WHO BARGES INTO REAVER, KNOCKING HIM FROM THE APRON TO THE RING BARRIER!
Grandprix hobbles over to his partner and tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), as Reaver, looking very ticked off, makes his way back to the apron! This time Reaver (Ant) is demanding to be tagged in, and Cong Man obliges, happy for a breather! Reaver looks pumped and ready! Hard right hand, and another! Reaver runs at Grandprix and hits a RUNNING DROPKICK! He could go for the pin, but picks up Grandprix. Grandprix tries to make the tag, but gets dragged away! Grandprix manages to summon the strength to push Reaver away, only for Hawk (AfroJoe) to push him back into Reaver’s path!! Somehow, Grandprix manages to scramble to The Psychiatrist and make the tag though!
The Psychiatrist steps into the ring. Meanwhile, Grandprix drops off the apron and walks round the outside of the ring, then PULLS HAWK OFF THE APRON! He wants to know what the hell that was back there! Hawk turns away…but then PUSHES GRANDPRIX OVER THE RING BARRIER! They both start brawling in the crowd!! Their partners are shouting for them to get back but they are ignoring them as they go through the crowd…they’ve brawled all the way backstage! Let’s cut to our backstage camera…

Right hand by Hawk…right into that door! Hawk picks up a steel chair…but Grandprix blocks! He picks up the dormant chair…WHACK! PIFF! SMACK! ONTO HAWK’S BACK! He goes to hit him again…but HAWK STARTS BITING HIS ANKLE! THIS IS HEINOUS! Hawk (AfroJoe), chair in hand, gets to his feet and rams Grandprix, now holding a sign, into the wall! Suddenly…it’s the masked man! THE MASKED MAN! HE PICKS UP A STEEL CHAIR AND LAYS OUT HAWK! THEN GRANDPRIX! HE LIFTS OPEN HIS MASK…IT’S STD (FIGO)! !!! STD IS APPARENTLY THE MASKED MAN! He lifts his wrestling shirt to reveal the HardCAW belt, and says “Still fighting over this, huh? Get over it!” dropping the mask on their broken bodies as he walks out!

What the?!? STD THE MASKED MAN! What a turn up! Whilst that was going on, Reaver and The Psychiatrist have been brawling like crazy, but no man has emerged victorious. Worse than that, Da Animalz and The System Fighters are down to one man each! That wasn’t in the script! Reaver (Ant) has The Psychiatrist swiftly tiring in a headlock, as he beckons Jetster to come into the ring, which he does, and they start viciously double teaming The Psychiatrist! As they continue the beating, Cong Man is getting agitated – he’s not having this, and gets into the ring! The crowd go nuts because they think Cong Man will go for Reaver…does he?
No! He pulls Jetster off and starts pummelling him with some right hands! Teddy Long (Tony) has lost complete control of this match up! Reaver realised he couldn’t win by pinning The Psychiatrist, and was just in time saving his partner, and his chance of getting hold of those belts! Who the hell are the legal men amongst this carnage? It’s still Reaver (Ant) and the Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Cong Man and Jetster are told to get outside the ring, where they quickly resume their battle! Cong Man gets the advantage…AND HITS THE CONGO BONGO ON THE OUTSIDE! IT LOOKS LIKE A TKO FOR JETSTER, AND NOW WE’RE DOWN TO ONE MAN EACH!
Back in the ring, the others are oblivious to what just happened. The Psychiatrist groggily gets to his feet, as Reaver anticipates it, whilst the others slide out of the ring and start arguing and talking trash on the outside! Reaver knees The Psychiatrist in the stomach, then hits him with some vicious chops! The Psychiatrist just seems out of it…POWERBOMB BY REAVER!! REAVER GOES UP TOP…….450’ SPLASH!!

Mouldy Cheese flees back through the crowd, but the damage has already been done! All four men are slowly reviving. Boy, first we though STD was the masked man, then DW, but is either of them the authentic one? Cong Man is first up and goes for the nearly unconscious Psychiatrist (MikeAll) – The Hardcore Gorilla seems furious! Reaver goes to DW, seriously pi$$ed at that assault.!
The crowd are going nuts! Cong Man and Reaver are behaving like men possessed! They stare at each other for a long time, and now Reaver starts talking trash, getting right in his face!!! Reaver pushes Cong Man…then Cong Man pushes Reaver. Both men are about to strike the first blow…

The Masked Man leaves and walks up the ramp. Howard Finkel steps into the ring and puts the tag team titles down to the winners, who are slowly recovering. What devastation! Hawk, STD and Grandprix are nowhere to be seen after they disappeared backstage, old wounds over the HardCaw Title re-opened, and there’s carnage all around the ring as the superstars of SRW CAW division slowly re-awaken. And of course, there’s the other masked man…
As boos ring round the arena, the (still) Masked Man pulls a mic from his trousers and speaks, and removes his mask!!
“I’m the real masked man! You’ve seen a couple of fakers, but I’m the real deal! From now on, there’s a new player in town – you talk about your elements, your animalz, and your fighters, well, from know on, there’s a new factor in SRW – yes, I’m one hell of a fighter, yes, I will be an element in SRW, and, as a matter of fact, I’m an animal as well – SRW has just seen the first of…THE JACKAL (RM18)!

NOTE FROM RM18: Hope you enjoyed the match. Let me explain the thinking behind this match up. I hope no-one is displeased with the ending – I wanted to introduce my CAW, the masked man, and this way was the best way to do it, as I wanted to keep the CAW feud going, while adding a fresh twist – I hope no-one feels I overdid my character’s bit, as I know you’re not allowed to write a match with your own character in, but I wanted him to enter with a bang. So next week on Eclipse, The Jackal will explain why he put Reaver on top of Cong Man, and we will see the fallout, from the STD/Hawk/Grandprix altercation, to the DW/Mouldy Cheese interference, from this match!

Welcome to tonight’s main event, a potentially epic main event between three of the most dominant tag teams in history, and these factions have been ferociously feuding for as long as I can remember – the CAW Tag Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster)!
There’s some many elements that could play a part in this match up, and each one could be potentially decisive in terms of the outcome of this match. Firstly you have the long running feud between Reaver (Ant) and Cong Man, the animosity between The Three Elements and the System Fighters, potential interference from allies DW, STD (Figo) and Mouldy Cheese, not to mention the potential wildcard in the mysterious Masked Man. Could any one of these factors prove decisive?

The Masked Man made an immediate impact by keeping Cong Man in SRW…

The mask is preventing us from seeing who it is, it appears to have red symbols on it! The mysterious masked individual slides into the ring…OH MY GO…HE JUST TOOK OUT GRANDPRIX WITH THE BARB WIRE!! THIS IS SICKENING!!! HE TURNS…AND TAKES OUT THE PSYCHIATRIST!! GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!

“Reaver’s going crazy, he can’t believe Cong Man is STILL in SRW!! He starts trashing the locker room, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this mad! Reaver picks up a mic and screams right into the camera, his bloodshot eyes bulging into ours! “Cong Man, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL YOU ARE GONE, AND THIS TIME I DON’T MEAN OUT OF SRW, BUT GONE FOR GOOD!!” What the hell does that mean??? “AND AS FOR THAT MASKED MAN, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE HUNTED YOU DOWN LIKE A DOG…AND THEN YOU CAN JOIN CONG MAN IN HELL!!!!”
This led to furious speculation and accusations, with DW, Kevin Nash (allardini) and RawIsAndy all being accused…
Meanwhile, the feuds surrounding this intensified, with STD capturing Grandprix’s newly won HardCaw Title, a member of Da Animalz, Hawk, defeating a member of The Government Mules, Jetster, to bring DW back, and the growing animosity felt by the System Fighters as they became embroiled in this epic feud.
This led to a confrontation backstage prior to this match up…
“You're both a bit useless really, aren't you?" Jetster says cockily, to the crowd's obvious annoyance. "We give you a chance to knock Cong Man out of SRW, and you fail. And then, we give you a chance to beat up that punk STD, and you muck up that too. Are you sure you haven't got anything to do with Masked Man, or Da Animalz?"
Grandprix stands up to Jetster angrily, "Listen, it's your fault I didn't retain my HardCAW Title last week, you cost me money and my pride! The Masked Man has you all in a bit of a state, doesn't he...no wonder you haven't won a match since Free-Fall. If we did have anything to do with him or Da Animalz, then why would we let them cost us titles and our own blood!?"

And it’s all boiled down to this! The CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster) face off in a Triple Threat Match. Here we go!
Howard Finkel steps into the ring for a rundown of this unique match up’s rules. “Welcome to the Triple Threat match for the CAW Tag Team Titles. Because there will be three tag teams, the rules will be thus. Only two men can be legal in the ring at any one time. The legal man can either tag in his tag team partner, or he can tag in one of the two men of the dormant tag team. In order to preserve the sanctity of the tag team belts, victory can only be attained by pinning either member of the tag team champions.” He makes his way from the ring as the referee Teddy Long (Tony) steps in.
“FIGHT THE SYSTEM!” Here come the challengers to a rapturous ovation from the crowd! The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix. Both men look like they have a lot on their mind, but they also appear focussed on the task at hand! Their conversation backstage last week revealed a lot about their desire and hunger, and I think we could see this come through in this match up! They step into the ring and make their way to the corner.
NOW HERE COME THE GOVERNMENT MULES! I can’t…quite…hear their music because the boos are so damn loud! Reaver (Ant) and Jetster strut down to the ring, revelling in the derision from the crowd. As the approach the ring and slowly ascend the steps, their eyes are locked onto that of the System Fighters, with Jetster and Grandprix looking particularly intense, after their recent altercations. After a lengthy stare down period which the crowd love, they turn their attentions to the SpecialTron, awaiting the champions…
“IT BEGAN IN AFRIKA-A-A-A!!!” Arriving to a pop is the CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz of Doom, Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man walk down the ramp, Hawk with his shiny gold belt draped around his shoulder, Cong Man with it around his waist. They step into the ring and Teddy Long (Tony) has a word with them. After much deliberation, it is decided the first two in the ring will be the Government Mule’s Jetster, and one half of the Champions Hawk (AfroJoe)!
DING DING DING!
And the match starts with Jetster and Hawk (AfroJoe) the legal men. The crowd cheer in anticipation. Left hand by Hawk, followed by retaliation by Jetster. Jetster gains the early advantage, and Irish whips Hawk into the corner turnbuckle, slamming his head a few times into the turnbuckle pad before dragging him out and hitting a suplex. Jetster has the early advantage in this match, much to the pleasure of a sneering Reaver, and the annoyance of the System Fighters who are just itching to get involved. Jetster picks up Hawk (AfroJoe) and hits him with some vicious forearms to the jaw that push him right back into the turnbuckle, and then Jetster shows great strength to lift Hawk to the top…but Hawk pushes him off!

Reaver realised he couldn’t win by pinning The Psychiatrist, and was just in time saving his partner, and his chance of getting hold of those belts! Who the hell are the legal men amongst this carnage? It’s still Reaver (Ant) and the Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Cong Man and Jetster are told to get outside the ring, where they quickly resume their battle! Cong Man gets the advantage…AND HITS THE CONGO BONGO ON THE OUTSIDE! IT LOOKS LIKE A TKO FOR JETSTER, AND NOW WE’RE DOWN TO ONE MAN EACH!
Back in the ring, the others are oblivious to what just happened. The Psychiatrist groggily gets to his feet, as Reaver anticipates it, whilst the others slide out of the ring and start arguing and talking trash on the outside! Reaver knees The Psychiatrist in the stomach, then hits him with some vicious chops! The Psychiatrist just seems out of it…POWERBOMB BY REAVER!! REAVER GOES UP TOP…….450’ SPLASH!!
BEJESUS! WHAT A MOVE! Reaver just falls on The Psychiatrist – that took a helluva lot out of both men! WHAT?!? THE MASKED MAN COMES RUNNING DOWN THE RAMP AGAIN?!

This time Dead Wonder seems to be the Masked Man, and he’s just come in and taken out Reaver (Ant)! I do not believe what I am seeing! Cong Man, from the outside, comes in and takes out DW! He then sees the opportunity and goes over to Reaver and hooks his leg…

….MOULDY CHEESE!! Mouldy Cheese just came through the crowd and broke up the three count! This is unbelievable! Just as Mouldy Cheese stands up with a triumphant smile on his face, he turns…straight into DW, who clotheslines him over the top rope! Mouldy Cheese flees back through the crowd, but the damage has already been done! All four men are slowly reviving. Boy, first we though STD was the masked man, then DW, but is either of them the authentic one? Cong Man is first up and goes for the nearly unconscious Psychiatrist (MikeAll) – The Hardcore Gorilla seems furious! Reaver goes to DW, seriously pi$$ed at that assault.!

…HE PUTS REAVER ON TOP OF CONG MAN! THOSE CHEERS HAVE TURNED TO A CACOPHONY OF BOOS! He picks up the referee’s arm…

3!!!!!!!! REAVER HAS WON THE CAW TAG TEAM TITLES FOR THE GOVERNMENT MULES, BUT IT HAS BEEN OVERSHADOWED BY TONIGHT’S EVENTS!
The Masked Man leaves and walks up the ramp. Howard Finkel steps into the ring and puts the tag team titles down to the winners, who are slowly recovering. What devastation! Hawk, STD and Grandprix are nowhere to be seen after they disappeared backstage, old wounds over the HardCaw Title re-opened, and there’s carnage all around the ring as the superstars of SRW CAW division slowly re-awaken. And of course, there’s the other masked man…
As boos ring round the arena, the (still) Masked Man pulls a mic from his trousers and speaks, and removes his mask!!
“I’m the real masked man! You’ve seen a couple of fakers, but I’m the real deal! From now on, there’s a new player in town – you talk about your elements, your animalz, and your fighters, well, from know on, there’s a new factor in SRW – yes, I’m one hell of a fighter, yes, I will be an element in SRW, and, as a matter of fact, I’m an animal as well – SRW has just seen the first of…THE JACKAL (RM18)!

NOTE FROM RM18: Hope you enjoyed the match. Let me explain the thinking behind this match up. I hope no-one is displeased with the ending – I wanted to introduce my CAW, the masked man, and this way was the best way to do it, as I wanted to keep the CAW feud going, while adding a fresh twist – I hope no-one feels I overdid my character’s bit, as I know you’re not allowed to write a match with your own character in, but I wanted him to enter with a bang. So next week on Eclipse, The Jackal will explain why he put Reaver on top of Cong Man, and we will see the fallout, from the STD/Hawk/Grandprix altercation, to the DW/Mouldy Cheese interference, from this match!
Welcome to tonight’s main event, a potentially epic main event between three of the most dominant tag teams in history, and these factions have been ferociously feuding for as long as I can remember – the CAW Tag Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster)!
There’s some many elements that could play a part in this match up, and each one could be potentially decisive in terms of the outcome of this match. Firstly you have the long running feud between Reaver (Ant) and Cong Man, the animosity between The Three Elements and the System Fighters, potential interference from allies DW, STD (Figo) and Mouldy Cheese, not to mention the potential wildcard in the mysterious Masked Man. Could any one of these factors prove decisive?

Let’s take a look at how this match up came about…
The Masked Man made an immediate impact by keeping Cong Man in SRW…
“As The Psychiatrist slowly gets to his feet…WHAT’S THIS! A masked man runs through the crowd, armed with a 2x4 wrapped in barb wire!!! WHO THE HELL IS THAT! The mask is preventing us from seeing who it is, it appears to have red symbols on it! The mysterious masked individual slides into the ring…OH MY GO…HE JUST TOOK OUT GRANDPRIX WITH THE BARB WIRE!! THIS IS SICKENING!!! HE TURNS…AND TAKES OUT THE PSYCHIATRIST!! GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!
HE PICKS UP CONG MAN AND DROPS HIM ON TOP OF GRANDPRIX!! I DON’T BELIEVE THIS!! 1………….2…………3!!!!”
This seriously pi$$ed of Reaver (Ant)…
“Reaver’s going crazy, he can’t believe Cong Man is STILL in SRW!! He starts trashing the locker room, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this mad! Reaver picks up a mic and screams right into the camera, his bloodshot eyes bulging into ours! “Cong Man, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL YOU ARE GONE, AND THIS TIME I DON’T MEAN OUT OF SRW, BUT GONE FOR GOOD!!” What the hell does that mean??? “AND AS FOR THAT MASKED MAN, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE HUNTED YOU DOWN LIKE A DOG…AND THEN YOU CAN JOIN CONG MAN IN HELL!!!!”
This led to furious speculation and accusations, with DW, Kevin Nash (allardini) and RawIsAndy all being accused…
Meanwhile, the feuds surrounding this intensified, with STD capturing Grandprix’s newly won HardCaw Title, a member of Da Animalz, Hawk, defeating a member of The Government Mules, Jetster, to bring DW back, and the growing animosity felt by the System Fighters as they became embroiled in this epic feud.
This led to a confrontation backstage prior to this match up…
“You're both a bit useless really, aren't you?" Jetster says cockily, to the crowd's obvious annoyance. "We give you a chance to knock Cong Man out of SRW, and you fail. And then, we give you a chance to beat up that punk STD, and you muck up that too. Are you sure you haven't got anything to do with Masked Man, or Da Animalz?"
Grandprix stands up to Jetster angrily, "Listen, it's your fault I didn't retain my HardCAW Title last week, you cost me money and my pride! The Masked Man has you all in a bit of a state, doesn't he...no wonder you haven't won a match since Free-Fall. If we did have anything to do with him or Da Animalz, then why would we let them cost us titles and our own blood!?"

And it’s all boiled down to this! The CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz Of Doom (Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man) vs. The System Fighters (The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix) vs. The Government Mules (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster) face off in a Triple Threat Match. Here we go!
Howard Finkel steps into the ring for a rundown of this unique match up’s rules. “Welcome to the Triple Threat match for the CAW Tag Team Titles. Because there will be three tag teams, the rules will be thus. Only two men can be legal in the ring at any one time. The legal man can either tag in his tag team partner, or he can tag in one of the two men of the dormant tag team. In order to preserve the sanctity of the tag team belts, victory can only be attained by pinning either member of the tag team champions.” He makes his way from the ring as the referee Teddy Long (Tony) steps in.
“FIGHT THE SYSTEM!” Here come the challengers to a rapturous ovation from the crowd! The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) and Grandprix. Both men look like they have a lot on their mind, but they also appear focussed on the task at hand! Their conversation backstage last week revealed a lot about their desire and hunger, and I think we could see this come through in this match up! They step into the ring and make their way to the corner.
NOW HERE COME THE GOVERNMENT MULES! I can’t…quite…hear their music because the boos are so damn loud! Reaver (Ant) and Jetster strut down to the ring, revelling in the derision from the crowd. As the approach the ring and slowly ascend the steps, their eyes are locked onto that of the System Fighters, with Jetster and Grandprix looking particularly intense, after their recent altercations. After a lengthy stare down period which the crowd love, they turn their attentions to the SpecialTron, awaiting the champions…
“IT BEGAN IN AFRIKA-A-A-A!!!” Arriving to a pop is the CAW Tag Team Champions, Da Animalz of Doom, Hawk (AfroJoe) and Cong Man walk down the ramp, Hawk with his shiny gold belt draped around his shoulder, Cong Man with it around his waist. They step into the ring and Teddy Long (Tony) has a word with them. After much deliberation, it is decided the first two in the ring will be the Government Mule’s Jetster, and one half of the Champions Hawk (AfroJoe)!
DING DING DING!
And the match starts with Jetster and Hawk (AfroJoe) the legal men. The crowd cheer in anticipation. Left hand by Hawk, followed by retaliation by Jetster. Jetster gains the early advantage, and Irish whips Hawk into the corner turnbuckle, slamming his head a few times into the turnbuckle pad before dragging him out and hitting a suplex. Jetster has the early advantage in this match, much to the pleasure of a sneering Reaver, and the annoyance of the System Fighters who are just itching to get involved. Jetster picks up Hawk (AfroJoe) and hits him with some vicious forearms to the jaw that push him right back into the turnbuckle, and then Jetster shows great strength to lift Hawk to the top…but Hawk pushes him off!
Jetster tumbles to the canvas. Hawk seizes the opportunity and hits an ELBOW DROP FROM THE TOP ROPE! He makes good contact and goes for the cover…but Grandprix is quickly in to break it up – that has annoyed Hawk no end! Grandprix puts aside his differences with Jetster – sure, he hates his guts, but he wants those titles! Hawk (AfroJoe) glares at Grandprix, and then turns his attentions to Jetster once more. He hits some swift punch and kicks combos, winding Jetster, and then he Irish whips him to the ropes, but Jetster hangs on, and, with Reaver the other end of the ring, tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)!
The Psychiatrist enthusiastically hops into the ring, rubbing his hands. He charges at Hawk and hits a running clothesline! Hawk gets up again and The Psychiatrist clotheslines him once more! Hawk (AfroJoe) gets to his feet once more, only to be met with a headbutt! Hawk staggers back to his corner, disorientated, but manages to tag in Cong Man! Cong Man climbs through the ropes and locks up with The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), the crowd not sure whom to cheer. They do a bit of scientific wrestling but Cong Man swiftly gains the upper hand, sliding round his back and into a belly to back suplex. He hooks the leg…1…..
…broken up by Reaver (Ant). The referee berates Ant for interfering but there was no chance in hell Reaver would let Cong Man make the pin. Cong Man picks The Psychiatrist up and dazes him with some tough looking left hands. Cong Man grabs The Psychiatrist’s right arm and shoots him into the ropes. He looks for a back drop but lowers his head to early…allowing The Psychiatrist to hit a DDT!
The Psychiatrist (MikeAll) tags in his partner Grandprix. Grandprix continues the assault, stamping on a writhing Cong Man. He grabs the back of his head and yanks him to his feet, then follows it up with a hard knee to the abdomen, making Cong Man keel over. Grandprix clenches both hands, lifts them high above his head, and starts clubbing Cong Man’s back. He leans against the ropes and hits a neckbreaker! Grandprix looks at Reaver, who is practically begging to be tagged in. Grandprix steps over Cong Man to make the tag…but a DROP TOE HOLD BY CONG MAN!
Not yet!! The crowd sigh – they hate Reaver, but they want to see him and Cong Man! Cong Man starts a resurgence by hitting some tough punches, knocking him to the floor. Cong Man then grabs both legs and hits the BANANA SPLIT! Oooh, that’s gotta hurt! Cong Man gets to his feet as Grandprix rolls around in agony. What’s he doing? Cong Man mischievously walks over to Reaver (Ant), offering him the tag! But Reaver won’t accept! Whilst this strange exchange is occurring Grandprix rushes to his feet and pushes Cong Man…WHO BARGES INTO REAVER, KNOCKING HIM FROM THE APRON TO THE RING BARRIER!
Grandprix hobbles over to his partner and tags in The Psychiatrist (MikeAll), as Reaver, looking very ticked off, makes his way back to the apron! This time Reaver (Ant) is demanding to be tagged in, and Cong Man obliges, happy for a breather! Reaver looks pumped and ready! Hard right hand, and another! Reaver runs at Grandprix and hits a RUNNING DROPKICK! He could go for the pin, but picks up Grandprix. Grandprix tries to make the tag, but gets dragged away! Grandprix manages to summon the strength to push Reaver away, only for Hawk (AfroJoe) to push him back into Reaver’s path!! Somehow, Grandprix manages to scramble to The Psychiatrist and make the tag though!
The Psychiatrist steps into the ring. Meanwhile, Grandprix drops off the apron and walks round the outside of the ring, then PULLS HAWK OFF THE APRON! He wants to know what the hell that was back there! Hawk turns away…but then PUSHES GRANDPRIX OVER THE RING BARRIER! They both start brawling in the crowd!! Their partners are shouting for them to get back but they are ignoring them as they go through the crowd…they’ve brawled all the way backstage! Let’s cut to our backstage camera…
(BACKSTAGE CAMERA)
Right hand by Hawk…right into that door! Hawk picks up a steel chair…but Grandprix blocks! He picks up the dormant chair…WHACK! PIFF! SMACK! ONTO HAWK’S BACK! He goes to hit him again…but HAWK STARTS BITING HIS ANKLE! THIS IS HEINOUS! Hawk (AfroJoe), chair in hand, gets to his feet and rams Grandprix, now holding a sign, into the wall! Suddenly…it’s the masked man! THE MASKED MAN! HE PICKS UP A STEEL CHAIR AND LAYS OUT HAWK! THEN GRANDPRIX! HE LIFTS OPEN HIS MASK…IT’S STD (FIGO)! !!! STD IS APPARENTLY THE MASKED MAN! He lifts his wrestling shirt to reveal the HardCAW belt, and says “Still fighting over this, huh? Get over it!” dropping the mask on their broken bodies as he walks out!
(BACK TO MAIN CAMERA)
What the?!? STD THE MASKED MAN! What a turn up! Whilst that was going on, Reaver and The Psychiatrist have been brawling like crazy, but no man has emerged victorious. Worse than that, Da Animalz and The System Fighters are down to one man each! That wasn’t in the script! Reaver (Ant) has The Psychiatrist swiftly tiring in a headlock, as he beckons Jetster to come into the ring, which he does, and they start viciously double teaming The Psychiatrist! As they continue the beating, Cong Man is getting agitated – he’s not having this, and gets into the ring! The crowd go nuts because they think Cong Man will go for Reaver…does he?
No! He pulls Jetster off and starts pummelling him with some right hands! Teddy Long (Tony) has lost complete control of this match up! Cong Man is laying the smack down on Jetster, whilst Reaver (Ant) is beating the living daylights out of The Psychiatrist (MikeAll)! Reaver sets The Psychiatrist up… DDT DRIVER!!
