Well i was the first one who spotted he had cheated because ive seen his other illiterate posts, and suddenly saw this. Also after studying reynolds for ages i know whats copied and whats not.

There isn't such a rule of changing things, a copyright applies to the whole text and ANY of it being copied is breaking the law and can result in you being stoned to death...

Wrong! Very wrong, what you have done is illegal, copyright, plagarism. What ever you want to call it. You must name the source and have permission to use it before you rip it off and try pass it of as your own.
