Is there going to be a Pikmin sequel because the first was a pure masterpiece. If there is can you give any websites or tell me any news or info.

The ending sequence of Pikmin basically screamed to us that there will be a sequal. There were about 20 onions (all different colors.. black, green, purple, lime..) esscorting Olli away from the pikmin planet ;)jc
Hmm.. a bit too short for my liking. I wait until the Player's Choice range and then get it. I wouldn't say it was worth £34.99. Same goes for Luigi's Mansion.

Or perhaps a different captain crash lands on the planet with his family and they all have different jobs. The mum could feed and look after the pikmin. The dad could do as olimar did the son could repair the broken parts (in parrapa style if you wish) and the daughter could moan the whole time. At the end of Pikmin 1 (all 30 peices) the pikmin started fighting for themselves. Maybe when you land you hav to tame them or protect yourself as they try to fight you off! Then whilst walking round you find olimars journal and *Gasps* Olimar is the guys grandfather. After finding the diary you can work out how to control the Pikmin. Then at the end, you take back a whole load of them for scientific experiments, and then they go mad, and then they distroy the earth, and then they use our knowledge (which they stole) to create something so evil it destroys the universe, and then they get eaten by ladybirds, and then the lady birds get eaten and so on until the last remaining humans eat evrything and we turn into Bubba planet.

Well I haven't heard anything.
I think it's preety much guranteed that there'll be a sequel, Miyamoto at one point said he wanted Pikmin to be as big as Mario.
