Yes he did, I wasn't that enthusiastic, but it was more to provoke deabate amongst everyone else about what you look for in a notable, is it humour and their general behaviour, or quality of posts and seriousness.

Personally, I think that humour shouldn't be the be all and end all, but the general consensus so far seems to indicate otherwise.
