Hello! Here's a quiz about sweeties that I did yesterday while on holiday. I added a few of my own, the rest are credited to Russell who gave me a copy of his quiz.

Below are a list of clues to help you identify a sweetie. So picture the shelves in a newsagent minus crisps, drinks, cards, cigs, toys, etc. I should warn you that some of the answers I never really considered sweets (for example, Fisherman's Friend), so please bear that in mind.

Nice one pb :) you just found another 4. Minstrels was the medieval bard one. And Edinburgh Rock was the one you all had a go at. They're like small sticks of rock.

I've given the answer to number 4, it's one of Russells questions so I have to admit to not knowing them.

There's only 3 left, I added alternatives to two of them. Number 39 is similiar to 16.

Hopefully the clue will help you Jason and you won't need to make that trip to Woolies :D

EDIT: is 39 Milky Bar?

Nice one, "Give us a twirl" :D Now just 2 left.

Sorry no joy for 39. You need to think of another word for coldstore and container. It's not as popular as Milk Tray, which might be why it's not been found :)

I wonder if it'll help if I tell you that number 10 is similiar to 5.

Yay! Now just for the last one. I have no idea :(

I'll stick at it though. I'm addicted to things like this and wont sleep tonight until I know the answer.

It's actually a simple one, but I think it's the "coldstore" bit that's throwing people off. If I change it, it might be too easy.

I have another one for you though hippy, Dark Tree Chopper. It has a sibling too, Juicy Greens

I could do an alternative once the last one's finished, if you like.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Impressive control panel
I have to say that I'm impressed with the features available having logged on... Loads of info - excellent.
