I've just thought of something! Is this new character a playable character or just another bad guy that appears for one battle and dies easily?

The PS2 version, although I wasn't aware any dates had actually been set for release, has been delayed. Anyway, if you've still got the games, it's probably cheaper to buy a Dreamcast now anyway!
