So, just thought I'd come and formally introduce myself, and try and get to know some of you nice people.
I'm Chris Haig, 19, from Somerset (South West of England), currently at college at a HND Level, and working p/t in a factory.
What about everyone else, college, school, work, careers?? I'd like to get to know you more and be a more active part of this Forum :o).
I'm 1/4 Welsh, the rest being English, with the family name dating back to the Norman invasion or something. I was born in germany.
Now, given that I have welsh in me, family history dating back many centuries and a birthplace in a country who had a house of royals presiding over the UK at one point, I can say quite confidently that I am a Brit.

Nope, I've not come across any of those racist comments at all.
Did you know that it's the Welsh, Scottish and Cornish that are the true Brits. The English descended from Romans, French, Swedish, and every other invader to reach UK shores! So anyone claiming to be pure blooded English is not actually a pure blooded Brit!
The English were very savage whilst the Celts were civilised hundreds of years ago.
There is also:
Welsh tw*t
Sheep sha*gging w*nker
caveman
I'm sure you'll have encountered one of these at some point...

I thought it was a river that flows from the Brecon Beacons to Cardiff Bay.
