I was getting worried. You hadn't mentioned Skies Of Arcadia in what... erm... a week? :D
Been playing Morrowind and Dungeon Siege recently. Both exhibit a complete lack of any AI. Is this a central feature of all RPG's?
Skies Of Arcadia is on my 'To Do' list, so it'll get done sometime. It's just after 'Buying A Dreamcast', and just before 'Apply for Pension' :)

Get Broken Sword. It's better, because you face mad Templars with guns, strange idols called Baphoment, a crazy transvestite assassin called Kahn and a poncy French historian called Andre Lobineau. Then you beat him in Broken Sword II and feed some Indians some dog biscuits. Champion, eh?

Friendship and love.
Battle between good and evil, Star Wars style.
Really really cool characters.
Gods that aren't too social.
Magicy stuff that doesn't get confusing.
Very funny.
Cool plot.
You get your own island.
And ship.
And crew, that you collect from around the whole world [Arcadia].
Only real problem that could happen is there are -loads- of random battles. It really does put people off. But if you fight through it, you'll get a really really good game. So do so. It rules.
