I didn't own the Dreamcast version for one main reason. I knew that the chat feature wouldn't be that good and it wouldn't be as easy to get online. That's two :-)
But, now I'm happy. The other day I downloaded the PSO demo which has just been released onto a few sites for PC owners. Excellent.

The demo features the offline and online modes allowing you to test out all chat functions, character creation and see the first level which is the Forest. Bad thing is that there is a time limit though it's not too short.
I'm loving this game, getting the actual game when it hits for sure. The first level which is shown in the demo won't be as good as the full thing, you start on a lower level etc etc.
If you like RPG's or don't like them (I didn't) check this out, if only the demo. An excellent team game and a great online world.
