i recently bought a sega megadrive and 5 games which were sonic1, sonic2, ranger-x, shdow of the beast 2 and streets of rage all for £5 was this a good deal? also what games would any one advise me to buy for the megadrive.

Since you put it like that, Powermonger is almost IDENTICAL to Shenmue II.

Rolo to the Rescue is not cack! And if I remember correctly, Powermonger was the crappy game that my cousins USED to own... the one where it took practically months for anything to happen. Yeah, great game mate.

Well, the phantasy star series is going on the GBA, but I'd bet the originals on a proper TV are better, so go for them;)

hmmm... what else comes to mind. Shinobi. Any decent Sega racers... and Sega games indfact. Oh, and Capcom fighters (Street Fighter 2)
