Pffft I give up.
Irony is that communists/Cubans etc all do their best to wear Gap/Adidas/Nike gear.
Whilst the Fashion-monkeys over here all want to wear authentic rebel stuff.

Or maybe he buys it because it looks good...
In the same way that a pickled cow can be seen as a valuable piece of artistic impression, fashion is art. Be it orthadox, colourful, foreign or even mildly offensive, it's all an expression of how you want to look. It has nothing to do with political motivation.
And don't quote about the sappers who wear "save the children" t-shirts, as they don't wear them to look good, they wear them so people won't look at them.
I have a Che top... but I bought it out a fair trade shop (along with

How do you know all the people you saw wearing them didn't buy them from similar places, eh? Or are actually Cuban?
> So, are they clothes that communists wear? :)
No they wear torn and dirty clothes.
Or people like myslef who agree with the theory of communism... no.
People who just wear something that looks pretty out a high street store and the top was probably made in a sweat shop in the Third World.
