I got this piece of information from a well-respected import store, namely NCSX {http://www.ncsx.org} regarding Freeloader. Now, the interesting thing here is that the few that frequent these forums, who opted to import, can also make use of Datel's disc if they wish.

*******
According to UK suppliers, Datel will ship the Gamecube boot disc Freeloader at the end of July. Some vendors mention August 05. Datel's website description for the product only lists it as working with PAL Gamecubes to play NTSC software but we can confirm that it will work on any Gamecube to play all imports, which renders this petition null.

I was thinking of buying resi of Dvdboxoffice but i'm worried it won't get here until after the 13th September and the whole point of buying an import game would of went out of the window, can you please tell me exactly how many days it takes, and does the freeloader need one memory card to save on it???

It's a lottery where DVDBoxoffice are concerned in all honesty, sometimes they'll send it out the next-day, sometimes in the next few weeks. But, you get what you pay for I guess.

I must admit, the temptation to order a Panasonic Q has gone sky high for me now...

I get paid next week and all :)

Now that *is* interesting.

Not just to those who imported (i didn't, in the end), but also to those of us for whom the only thing stopping us buying a modded q-cube from lik-sang (apart from the money, obviously :O) ), was not wanting to have 2 cubes around the place.

Still, you'd need a bit more confirmation that it does the job first..

(Only split the second cough up to get it under 60 characters)
