"Virus going around"

There's a virus floating around on MSN, which I've got from 3 people on here. Allardini, Sheepy, and Dan2K2.

The hotmail virus scan doesn't detect it as a virus, but Nortons Antivirus 2001 does. I had a chat with Asher D on MSN the other day, and I know he's got the one from Sheepy as well.

Basically, if you have an email from anyone on here, with a weird title and an attachment around 300k DON'T DOWNLOAD IT!

It IS a virus, even though the Hotmail attachment scan thing says it's clean.

I have gotten 3,

One from paranoid street preacher,
One from Allardini
And one entitiled Mutha fooker or summit.

I downloaded each one thinking they were screen savers but it aint effected me...yet. I blame it on the crap McAffree virus check

i got a strange email and just deleted straite away.

Yeah, I received one, but it said it was from me. I didn't send it, someone must have hacked into my account.....

I also got a weird thing from Sheepy.

Wasn't me!

I got all three, but I didn't open them, andd reading this, I'm glad I didn't! I found it especially strange as I don't think I was on their contact lists

I use Outlook Express, and it just automatically downloads any new email I've got, so there wasn't much I could do! :-D

Yes it's my fault... but if you were stupid enough to open it...

As long as you didn't open the attatchment you're ok.

But delete it anyway.
