Are you sure? :-)

My friend was at a Travis concert and on the huge screen behind the band one person got to play GT3 on it. It was a giant screen, but she apparently crashed constantly.
Wish I had played it there :D
GT3 is the full game, with Arcade and GT (simulation) modes and a stack of cars.
GT Concept is a cut-down version, with mostly different cars to GT3 (but a few that are the same), no GT mode (it's arcade mode only), and only five tracks (10 if you count the reversed versions).
There is one track in GT Concept that is not in GT3 - Autum Ring.
The RRP of GT Concept is £24.99, while GT3 is now available on Platinum for £19.99. So basically you get less game for more money.
The choice is entirely up to you.
I already have GT3, but I will be getting GT Concept. If I had neither, I would go for GT3.
