"Now they've got Del Toro"

First, sub-celebrities were roped into doing car ads, then they swiped on some half decent actors like Ed Harris. Now, one of my favourite actors, Benicio Del Toro (Traffic, Leaving Las Vegas) is doing a car ad for Mercedes. Even worse, the ad is so pretentious, it pretends it's a trailer for a film called Lucky Man, and makes no mention of the car at all.

Off the artistic roll call forever, buddy.

Does anyone really care? Oh, no. They've done an advert, don't like any of the films they've ever been in. In fact, I don't even like them anymore. Snotty gits. Oh, darn it. A film is advertising a product. That film sucks. My life is over.

Blatent advetising in Minority Report too..

Look, Tom Cruise is shopping in Gap. See how he's on the run and still finds time to come to Gap? Thats how good we are.

Car ads are the worst type of ads. And it's a shame they have cool people in them. I saw the Del Toro one when I saw Minority Report, not certain if it was him at first. The Ed Harris one is annoying.

Actors will be ruined by adverts in general, probably via assasination.

That Ed Harris ad is so bad.

Most of the Jackson ones are crap too except the one where he's telling the story of the shoes. That one's good.

I wanna see this Del Toro one now. I'm sure it's poor but I wanna see it all the same.
