Initial impressions. Impressed. I can see a lot of people likening this to Resident Evil. The gaming dynamics are similar, but the story itself flows so well and enthralls you from the start, which makes it hard to put this one down.
Quite a lot has been said about the graphics and whilst they're not *that* great, there not bad either. Some of the textures are a little bland and the general tone is quite dark, making certain segues of the game hard to distinguish.
The sound is on par with the likes of Silent Hill IMO. It's got that atmospheric ambience that sends shivers down your spine. The kind of game that makes you want to play behind the sofa.
Quite impressed with it thus far.

Bleeder's Gamecube is a US import.
He smuggly bought it back in November and has been rubbing it in ever since!
Still, I've heard that there's some sort of freeloader disk for playing imports. If not, from what I've heard, you're not missing much from WWE 8X anyway...

But I've got a modded Japanese GameCube that lets me play American and Japanese games :)
