Not to mention the GBA's swelling library of SNES and M-D games.
And the cancellation of Spaceworld.
And the President saying they might pull a Sega.
Wow.

Hope that wasn't directed at me Dad.

Not exactly hard to achieve though, is it?
For me personally, the PS2 and PC just offers more. PS2 obviously offers many more games because it's been out longer, and I think even Nintys will admit there is now a sizeable range of good titles, ranging from massive favourites like MGS, GT to personal favourites like Racer Revenge. There is at least one excellent game for each genre I would say, although there are more in some than in others. There's a massive selection of great 3rd and 1st person shooters, but only a few good platformers, the main one being Jak and Daxter.
In my OPINION, I've always though of Nintendo as specialising in things. Platformers definitely, and please don't have a go at me for this, but 'cartoonie' racers and sports games. By that I mean games like Mario Golf, Mario Tennis and Mario Karts. I personally think Nintendo rely too heavily on their trademark characters, but it seems to work, so why stop?
Both the PS2 and GC offer fun games, but different types of fun. The PS2 is great for shooters and realistic sports games/racers, usually complete with a half-decent multiplayer. Nintendo offer fun in games which...well, I suppose they make you laugh. The PS2 is better for single player games, while Nintendo are far and away better for multiplayer.
The reason I have a PS2 and not a GC, is that I prefer shooters and realistic games to...bah, I can't really describe Nintendo games...'fantasy', possibly. I also prefer experience and emotions to 'fun' (ie. laughing, multiplayer stupid fun), which is why MGS is my favourite game ever. Also, I prefer single player games to multiplayer.
Wow...my first long gaming post in a while, and it felt good. {:)

Again, you've only played them over a friend's house, as you said, so your opinions aren't going to be as great anyway. If you don't think the quality of Rogue Leader and Burnout is very good, then you must have very VERY high standrds as to what games in your opinion are good.

Yes.

I don't know, never played either of those games.

No, you're going round in circles.

Hrm. My mistake.

IMHO, these games fall into the 'not very good' category.

I think they suck. Must I put 'I think...' before every statement I make? Is it not suggested when I post it?

We're going round in circles. I think that at the moment, Nintendo have under a dozen great games (exclusives, I mean) for both it's consoles. And with the stuff I mentioned in my first post, Nintendo's not looking all that hot.
