Server upgrade gone wrong, left us no choice but to upgrade all the blo**dy servers.
An' these days you have to let staff go home to bed. I remember when we slogged away for three days none stop.

By the way, did I tell you that we are officially the number one games site in the UK now - according to NetValue (or at least we are when the site is working). I'll dig some stats out for you some time, as I like telling everybody about it (repeatedly).

YAY! I'm so glad it's back. I really missed it, I even went bed at 10 last night cos I was so bored.

Its still a bit dodgy for me... UKChatforums is a mess, and I cant grab specialreserve.net doesnt work at all?
I reckon the reason it went down was due to both Teleglobe and another routing provider going bust in the last few weeks. A lot of sites have had to find new providers, and there's a lot of DNS updating that has to be done by a lot of engineers before the web gets back to normal. Literally millions of websites have been affected.
Either that or Webmaster dropped some cigarette ash in the server.
