"GAMECUBE IS NINTENDOS LAST MACHINE!!!!!"

Its sad news! But my friend just told me about it now! HE read in on teletext news under a gaming section, stating that Nintendo will not make any more console because they are happy with what they have done and feel that they will not carry on.

I must confess I have heard rumorus about this aswell...

I dont post on this forum much so this post may be old news, but Im just quoting what my friend said and what I haev heard, it may not be true.... but please can anyone comfirm this??????????

IF it is true, then it will be very sad!

SEGA and Nintendo who where the ORIGINAL and I feel best console developers and game developers will no longer make consoles.. its a sad thing and the old rivalry between those two console was just gaming history and something none of us will forget....

Please say its not true! Has anyone else heard about this? Or am I just very slow? lol

I have herd the rumour to, i my self don't belive it. why would a great company, (I mean the greatest), It doesent make sence. I know the game cube is a good console, and i dont think Xbox will beet it even if ps3 come out the ps3 looks rubbish!

No, it's not. If you think "32bits" means anything, it doesn't. It's the rest of the suff inside the console that matters.

Yup the GBA is as powerfull as the old SNES scary really technology ;0) Wish they put a backlight in it though, the Afterburner proves it can be done. ;0)

Very true, compared to SEGA, Nintendo doesn't have that many titles...unless you go to Japan and see a whole lot larger range of games that never reach US and UK shores.

nintendo will not stop making harware aswell as software, just look at the the whole gameboy console, it is the fastest and most popular console in the world also nintendos other larger home consoles such as n64 gamecube etc, they make alot of profit to, the gamecube is doing quite well for a console which is known to have a reputation as being for kids only, nintenmdo are atarting to clear this reputaion, plus is nintendo did do a sega they would not survive, just look at their own games, mario,zelda,donkey kong,mario kart, thats about it with a few exceptions, sega on the other hand ave better title, sonic,shenmue 1 and 2, daytona usa,virtua fighet,tennis,cop etc and many more so you see what i mean nintendo will never do a sega untill they are bankrupt like sega were.
