I am making my new website and would like to make a one topic forum but dont know how to do it. Any help??

If forums could be made in HTML then it'd be possible to make one in the space of 10 minutes. No, unfortunately. You have to use a language such as PHP, CGI, or possibly Java (ugh).

Go download some pre-made forums for free (assuming you have the appropriate language installed on your webserver):

Or you could use EZBoard which is hosted on their dedicated servers, all you have to do is set up your account and the boards you require:

I don't know about the one topic thing but this is how I made mine.
Go to www.xsorbit.com, click on the free message boards icon, type in all your details (you can lie but you have to give your real E-Mail address cos your pass word is mailed to you) ,wait for your E-mail it will have your(slightly long)URL.
To see what it might look like go on

There is a new sponsor to the site though and there are a lot of banners so you'll have to fork out some cash to get rid of them.
