"I'm in a pickle, please help me (Reading Festival Related)"

The Reading Festival,what a great time and place to show your respect for mustic. I don't know what i'm talking about I just needed a way to start off this topic. Anyway, I had been planning to go to the Reading Festival on Sunday which includes loads of sweet bands i.e Incubis, slipknot (ahhh yeah) and loadsa others.

My problem is this. New Found Glory are by far my favourite band and they're on on the friday but loadsa other crap bands are on then but they're my favourite band. Now, do I go on the Sunday to see Slipknot and my other best bands or Friday to see my favourite band with loads of other pants ones. I can't be bothered to go to the 3 day camping.

Also what bands do you people think are really good at the mo, here are some of mine: Bowling for soup
Reel Big Fish
Slipknot

Saturday looks damn amazing with The Concrete Jungle stage sporting tons of great bands! Jesse James and Lightyear, Thursday, NUFAN, Get Up Kids, Face To Face, and Sick Of It All being great bands! + Saturday has Less Than Jake on the main stage and and loads of kick buttock bands on the Evening stage, like Black rebel motorcycle club, Jimmy Eat World, Rival Schools, Goldfinger, Icarus Line, Midtown...

Friday doesn't look great, but Finch are playing Friday and they rule!!!

Anyway... for me it would have to Saturday due to so many great bands on the concrete jungle stage...

But still if you look at who is playing each day, you will see that Fridays line up is a bit weak compared to the other days.

Just cause they aren't on Top of the Pops doesn't make them bad bands.

Saturday's going to be the best day by my reckoning. Alkaline Trio, Saves The Day, Face To Face, Dashoard Confessional, Rival Schools, Midtown, John Spencer, Ash, Muse... goddamnit! So many of these bands are going to clash.

Friday looks cool as well, Sunday not so hot (although I'm looking forward to NOFX and The Streets a lot).

Should be a good weekend. :)

Yeah, but think about it, NFG are getting pretty big, how much would a ticket to see them next time they come over cost...? Well, depends on the venues obviously, but they'll probably be playing quite large venues next time they come over so...

I like this guy. Yea I had the same problem, fridays line up is pretty poor apart from NFG and feeder. Yet Sunday for example has a great line up. It would probly be better value for money to go Sunday then see NFG in concert some other time without having to pay £39 for a ticket. But do what you want, in the end of my thinking, im not going because knowone else will go.
