We all remember Dark Cloud on the PS2, a blatant Zelda rip-off which had supposedly 'clever' elements including random dungeons. Not a patch on Zelda, but it was quite annoying that all those idiot Sony fans said how much better than Zelda it was.
Anyway, at this years E3, Sony took the 'copycat' idea a set further - the blatant Zelda rip-off has ripped off Zelda even more - by becoming cel-shaded.
Its quite funny that the PS2 has to rely on copy the style of Nintendo's games to be able to have a half-decent game on its own system...
Heh heh.
SONY must be feeling that something's not quite right with the Final Fantasy series anymore!
How long before they copy Mario Sunshine!???
I always thought that Ape Escape looked TOO similar to Mario 64 also!

In sales. When it comes to game design, they're way behind the rest of the industry.

Watch your language there, you don't want to get kicked off.
Sony are not the market leaders in making games. Never have been, and (hopefully) never will be.
They just sell more consoles because of the penetration of the original PS, and because they were the first woth the next generation (apart from the Dreamcast, which will always be the best)
I thought Sony were supposed to be the market leaders?!
