All that happens is that loads of IE windows appear. A simple reboot clears this up.
He should not be banned, as I said, it was your fault for not taking the warning seriously.
Plus, if you used your common sense and read some of the replies in this topic, you'd soon see what it does!

It only mucks your PC up for abit. Just restart then it'll be fine.
