Can anyone give me an idea where I'm going wrong. I've added a PAYPAL shopping cart to my site but only some of the buttons work. I thought that this was first of all because I used my own buttons.. but I have the same problem using PAYPAL's standard buttons. I have tried this a good number of times and looked at the HTML and can't find anything wrong. I'm at the point of throwing the computer out of the window!!!!!!!! Any advice would be great.

Hi CashOnTheNail, and welcome to the forums.
This is quite an old post you've 'woken up'!
You might (for me!) need to explain a bit more :¬)
I've looked at the site in your profile but I guess that's not the site you're referring to?
Is your question relating to a Freeola InstantPro site?

[s]Hmmm...[/s]
My Freeola Instant Site
I'm really looking to add a new-page-type [akin to Gallary]; essentially 7-columns [product-code, description, unit-price, drop-down quantity, calculated-cost & image with number-of-items, cost & checkout on the top of each 'shopping-page'
For clarity I intend to use multiple 'shopping-pages' [keeping running-totals] so client gets-to-see a selection of whats-on-offer [ladies-shoes, mens-shoes...]
Checkout-page affording option to reduce/increase quantities similar to 'shopping-pages'
Lots of source-code out-there; alas my HTML NOT good-enough to integrate into Merchant-Account.

Glad to be of assistance. It's always a good idea to view your site at different resolutions - not every one has 'massive' monitors!
Thanks so much again for your help.... I am, as you can tell, just a beginner... and your input and assistance is really appreciated. I think I may have caught on to what your saying now... thanks. I have changed the resolution now on my own computer permanently so I can spot anything like this again hopefully.

Many many thanks to everyone for your criticism and advice. I think with your help I have addressed the resolution problem... but of course would be delighted for any pointers if it looks as though I haven't done so.

Thanks Garin, just what I meant to say earlier, but I just didn't want to appear too 'critical'. As Garin has mentoned the table, your table tag does need ammeding ie look at the height attribute value! A value of 12,000+ does seem excessive - remove this value completely and the 'page' will appear complete on viewing but grow as you add content. In my view, the table width attribute is far more useful. Don't consider using the height attribute in any table tag unless it's an image. ie or to specify position use align or valign within the tag. It's a few years since I wrote the site, but you may find assistance
here. Hope this helps.

Try looking at your page in higher resolutions, you'll see the problem then.
The problem is that you're using a mixture of techniques to position elements of your page. In general you've used a table to lay everything out. But then you've wrapped certain elements in divs (eg the banner) which have position:absolute applied to them. So those elements are positioned relative to the edges of the page and not according to the table cell they are sitting in.
I'm hesitant to suggest anything given I only looked at the code for a few minutes but to me it looks like the easiest solution is to remove position, top, and left from the css thats applied to those divs.

Hopefully Dragonlance will explain a bit more as I can't see what he means - I've tried viewing the site in IE and FF...

Glad to see Google has now indexed 49 pages Blue Fairy.
I would recommend you revise your page 'title' tags. They are really important to search engines and you will get a lot more traffic if you do!
Feel free to look at the page titles - the tag - of my sites for ideas, the contents is displayed at the top of the browser window and is about the most important thing to get right to achieve good search engine results.
