Well I was like that with Ben Folds Five a few years back. Last week I spotted Whatever and Ever Amen in a sale for just £5.99, so I bought it, and what a great purchase it was.
Some fantastic songs, if you like the whole piano rock thing.

Bought Daft Punk's first album too, just for £3.99, but that wasn't so good. The singles were the best songs, but you don't know if you don't take the risks.

Flashpoint - Rolling Stones......£7.99
Not quite as good as your prices, but Rumours IS a better album!
