So, would you rather eat mankey food but keep thin, or eat a lot of junk and have a nice taste in your mouth all the time, but be considered fat.

It's a damn age thing - believe me it will catch up later :(
It's all to do with your metabolism, it's much higher when you are younger so it burns food up quicker. The mistake the fatto's make is thinking that cutting down on food will make you slim down but they dont do any exercise.
All that happens is as there is less food coming in the metabolism slows down and he body burns less energy up so no or minimal weight loss, as soon as they start gorging again cos they are depressed at not losing much weight, as the metabolism is still low the fat builds up really quickly.
Or something like that anyway.... I'm tired and i want to go home. only fifteen more minutes.

I keep thin and eat what I want.
Strange.
I do a bit of exercise, not much though, haven't been bothered with the Gym recently. Play a bit of footy, not as much as I did in School days though.
I go swimming three times a week, and that keeps me fit. That way I can eat and drink what I want, with no worries.
You need to make sure you get all of your Vitamins and Minerals though...
