Normally the next day after about 24 hours but if you look at the top 100 posters that is in real time

gawd dont you newbie ever read the rules and stuff. Its after 21 days + 300 posts + 10,000 words to switch from newbie to regular but it normally happens after 24 hours when the stats have been updated.
