South Park wasn't THAT bad... but that's my opinion and I respect that you're allowed your own opinion.

Worst game ever made? That's a tough call, seeing as I've played quite a few fairly abysmal ones. But one that particularly stood out as being as playable and enjoyable as having "relations" with an elephant was Carmageddon 64 (on the Nintendo64, surprisingly enough). Crappy handling, attrocious computer AI and graphics that wouldn't look out of place on a ZX Spectrum make Carmageddon 64 more a means of diabolically evil torture than a game.
