In a shock announcement made by Namco revealing that Adult Link's only game will just be Super Smash Brother's Melee. Both Adult and Young version of the sword fighting, green clothed elf appeared in Smash Brothers and the youngest is set to appear in his own Gamecube adventure, but what of Adult Link? Is he destined for a life in the Spaceworld 2000 demo?

Link is an exclusive extra for the Nintendo Gamecube, no extras are existant in the PS2 or X-box versions. It does make a lot of sense and it shows that Namco, Sega's and Nintendo's Triforce partnership is working a treat, Sonic in Mario Kart (maybe) and Link in Soul Calibur, whatever next? Pacman in Mario Sunshine?
