Well it is more of a query than help. When you have just come back from Hell's Kitchen after talking to your brother who's kill switch has been activated you come back to Battery Park where possbiyl Agent Navara and definatley Gunther Herman are waiting for you. I know you can kill Agent Navara (already done on Lebedev's plane) but can Gunther Herman be killed? He seems to take a lot of bullets when you chose to not surrender but it surely must be possible to kill him. I know if you don't you end up in the UNATCO prison anyway but I would like to be able to take him out before ending up there. Is it possbile to kill Gunther? Thanks.

Its very hard at the subway - he has a plasm a gun, and there are loads of UNATCO people everywhere - wait, until its ine on one!
I killed him much later - I let myself be captured, and then killed him in Paris I think................?
