Well it is more of a query than help. When you have just come back from Hell's Kitchen after talking to your brother who's kill switch has been activated you come back to Battery Park where possbiyl Agent Navara and definatley Gunther Herman are waiting for you. I know you can kill Agent Navara (already done on Lebedev's plane) but can Gunther Herman be killed? He seems to take a lot of bullets when you chose to not surrender but it surely must be possible to kill him. I know if you don't you end up in the UNATCO prison anyway but I would like to be able to take him out before ending up there. Is it possbile to kill Gunther? Thanks.

Ye, I love Max Payne on the Xbox and it still remains my all time favourite game. The Xbox version is by far the best version of the game, I have played all 3 games and owned 2 versions and I can hold my hands up and say the Xbox version is the best.

Not as good as the PC version according to everything but still a great game. If you don't own this game get it now, I am surprised SR don't sell it anymore but I just got my premier range copy through today! It is my second favourite game of all time but I am yet to play Halo!

I have a rocket launcher with 19 rockets but I am yet to be trained in the art of Heavy Weaponary so reloading times are long and movements are slow, I have shot 4 rockets at him and he doesn't go down, I have mailed Eidos and asked them becuase they will know if the game is fixed to let Gunther live or not at Battery Park. Do you think that it is possbile to take Gunther down?

Unless you have a rocket launcher and hit him, its difficult. I only had the sawn off and assault rifle, and pistol, and did pretty badly.

Ye, I agree it is very hard to take him on and all he has done so far is take me down with his Plasma Rifle. I have completed the game before and then I sold the game, I just got my premier range copy throught today and this is as far as I am and I just wanted to kill him before it got to the church in Paris. Although when you get to Paris the game is revolved around Gunther and taking him down after making the transmision. Do you think it is possible to take him down? Or am I wasting my time? This time I have played the game differently and I chose to kill Anna Navara instead of Lebedev on the plane, this is why I wanted to change my tactics and take Gunther down before the church incident.
