Are you fed up with games costin £40-45 a go when it takes you ages to save up then once you by the game you find it's really short! I think games should be alot cheaper considering that the DVD disk cost alot less at around £1. I know it costs alot to develop but wouldn't £20 be better and they would still get the same amount of money because more would bye them!

I don't mind paying £40 for a game, just so long as its worth it. And besides, the people who develop thease games for us spend sometimes years making them, at a cost of thousands. £40 is a measly price to pay against the amount of time and effort that has been put into the games by the people who develop them.
You should be thankful that developers are willing to put all this work in to making the great games we get today instead of complaining about how much they cost.

If games were cheaper, consoles would be more expensive..

I'm pretty sure tht I heard that they sell the consoles at a loss and make a profit on the games...

I really can't see an XBOX costing £300 to make though!

I think it was about £4, converted from dollars.

Naw, I'm talking high-street shops too. My local GAME had it for about £38.

Except the high streets.

Still, it's better than the £35 most high street retailers charge for GBA titles.

Deus Ex is under £40 most places, fo sho. Dunno about Frontline though...

Apparently, PS2 software prices are being cut in America so we might see it happen over here too.

£45 for top games such as MOH: Frontline (PS2) and, believe it or not, Deus Ex (PS2). Granted, there are improvements, but it's still a 2 year old PC game!
