its got gore violence and ZOMBIES
if anyone knows somthing about it or have seen it please post
Actually the blood in Dawn Of The Dead looked like orange metled crayon, in the audio commentary Tom Savini (that how you spell it?) actually apologises for the blood looking so bad
It had its moments, but just wasnt gory enough for a zombie film! I know the director had to cut it to receive an R rating, but it seemed a little bit too tame at the end of the day. The whole laser matrix thing that diced the black chap was about the most amusing part of the film, even though a similar thing had been done in Cube.
It was good for a film based on a game, but ultimatley quite forgettable.

I've tried my best to render the above into something even vaguely coherent so that I can reply to it. But basically I wouldn't expect anyone with the grammatical ability of a small bar of toffee to be able to understand the complexities of something as fiendishly complex and psychologically multi-layered as Spiderman, well for him anyway.
Sit in your chair and go yay BLAM zombie blood guts gore wow this is the best film ever, and be careful to wipe that line of foamy spittle off the side of your mouth. But you should realise that a zombie film, or indeed any film, is not just about what things look like. So what if there's funky looking zombies, if the film's not actually any good? You could have given Kevin Costner's "the Postman" a billion dollar budget, blown the whole lot on the best CGI ever and it would still be one of the worst films ever made, so bad that it's not even cool in a cult-bad-movies sense.
Romero's films and Raimi's are just better. I don't care if the zombies look crap and the blood looks like ketchup. The films, in my opinion, are greatly better than Resident Evil. And Resident Evil isn't a bad film. It's just not a classic. At least take the chance to watch older films otherwise you're going to be ripped off by the studios turning out substandard schlock. Instead of trying to raise the bar, they'll wait till no-one's looking and then lower it themselves and pretend to be the new standard.
There can be more to zombie films than BLAM BLAM splatter. And it's almost funny that you think having different types of zombies is what I was refering to when I originally said this. Watch the last of the Dead series. That contrasts the attitudes of the scientists, the military and the zombies themselves and asks who the real monsters are in the film. But you don't have to watch it that way as it also works on an entirely normal zombie film level. Resident Evil also didn't have anything approaching the legendary Dawn of the Dead, set in a shopping mall. This is one of my favourite films ever.
All you seem to want is eye candy films. Nothing particularly wrong with that but films can be so so much more.

Although Evil Dead 1 and 2 aren't really zombie films, they're still excellent, as are Night and Dawn. Only seen Day twice, and that was years ago. I'd probably like it more now
