Yes it is I got an MSI GF3ti200 from ebuyer.com + it has a tv out cable SVHS as far as I know.

The geforce3 Ti200 is a very powerful card and will keep you going with any game for a good while. But only get it if you need the features it offers such as pixel-shading etc. If you just want raw power with a little less quality go for the geforce4 mx400.

The easiest way is to ask i kmow the msi cards do but not sure about the sparkle
