Thursday consists of me staying in school all day to do an English GCSE paper and Geogrpahy GCSE paper and then returning back home for a weeks holiday.
It's not just an ordinary holiday though, my Gamecube and two games has been sitting here for a few days gathering dust after I found my parents were hiding it from me so I could revise. I wondered why it still hadn't delivered. Once I found them out I told them I wasn't intending in using my Cube until the holiday anyway and so i nicked it from beaneath the stairs (bad hiding place), opened it up, looked at it and put it away again to rest...until Thursday night that is.
I can't wait to plug that baby into my widescreen TV with surround sound etc and just know I haven't got any exams. For a week anyway :-(
So, apart from playing Gamecube, next week should be pretty fun. Get to post on here instead of revising, get to play Gamecube instead of revising, get to practice and record with my band with no no instead of revising and also get to revise without...urm...I suppose a bit of revision has to be done next week.
Also may be going somewhere with family mid week, little break to somewhere and others stuff should be happening like just random stuff which pops up. That stuff can be fun.
I think it's half-term for most in school next week, so if your not at school next week or not at work etc what will you be up to?
Now I'm off up to my bed with some Geography case study sheet things which I need to know but don't. The rest is easy.
Sleep well and happy Thursday :-)
It is pathetic how a few hours show your ability to do something and if everything doesn't go right then it makes you feel and look worse then you actually are.
Just don't worry about it too much, there are always other options if it doesn't go to plan.
Go into my English exam, quite confident as it is one of my favourite subjects and it all goes wrong. Last exam went fine but then this one just went down the drain.
I just got back from this and I am really depressed :-( I just got out my friends sisters car without saying thanks and now she will probably be unhappy about that.
The first question I started going on and not comapring and then I realised I better compare more, so I did but not to my ability. I hate comparing. So I leave space for that after writing two pages of crap so i can continue it later and go onto question two.
This one went a bit better but I just wasn't doing it to my form. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood? Plus we hadn't covered this piece in class so there were hardly any notes. So I leave a little bit of space for that.
Then question three, the last question comes along asking to write a letter to a friend about something that changed your life. I never noticed it at first, but in the corner it tells you the steps to take for anwsering the question. It was something like - Describe etc etc. And I notice this right after I ahev wrote two pages of poetic letter writing trying to leave the person thinking about what it is about.
It all went horribly wrong, the subject I could of done so well in...much like drama but that went wrong too.
At this point in time I put my finger up at exams and wonder what the point of them is and how stupid they are.
I just want to not bother with grades and just get my band going and sorted, therefore I won't need grades.
Geography exam ina few hours. This sucks.
Good luck for all your exams guys and girls. Two weeks until my last exam, roll on 12th July!
I have a philosophy A Level exam tommorrow (friday). Today I am going to learn the whole of the year work as I missed near all the lessons through sheer 'can't be bothered'.
Oppsy.
Going back to play Smash Bros then.
Nintendo ruined me.
Oh joy!
Hear ye, hear ye..
Ok I'll stop now :0)
