Thats JSR talk for a gang member. :P

Anyway, I would like this topic to be one for all JSR talk, knowedege, tips and help.

I'll get the ball rolling...

I recently completed the story mode of the game but however im having a bit of trouble doing certain challanges and finding tapes.

Where on earth is the secret tape in Chuo street?
How do you complete the long grind in Dogonzala hill or something.

Thats just 2 questions I need answers to, i'm sure i'll find more later.

And feel free to ask me any questions about the game, you never know I might know something you don't.

So, get chatting and lets help each other out in this huge game!

Maybe I'm doing it in the wrong place in K.Hill.
But on Hikage Street it's the gaps in the rail that prevent me from getting enough points, because once I arrive at the gaps in the rail the points stop accumulating.
I'm sure I'm tricking as quick as possible.
But I'll try it with YoYo.

Oh and I used YoYo to complete all the challanges and time trials. He tricks on the rails the quickest.

Kibogaoka Hill - 250,000 pts - I found this very easy. At the start of the level, there are stairs, go up them. At the top, keep going down the rooftops untill you come to the bottom. On the left their should be a telegrah pole, grind it, pressing Y all the time, and you should get 250000+ no problem. Don't jump at all, as the game makes you think that you have to ride the billboards to the next rail, you don't, the rail is alot longer than you think. I did it first time.

Hikage Street - 300,000 pts- A gain, very easy, you must not be doing it right. Head to the right stairwell on the map, and just press Y constantly to get the points, halfway up the rail there is a jump I think so jump over that. Keep tricking using Y and you should get the points no problem.

Mabye you don't press Y quick enough, that might be your only problem.

I've done every street challenges except:

Kibogaoka Hill - 250,000 pts
Hikage Street - 300,000 pts

No matter how I try, I just cannot do these two challenges.

I run out of "grind rail" before I can rack-up the points.
Kibogaoka Hill I can only get 180,000, and Hikage Street I can only get 200,000.

Mantis, how have you done those two challenges?
Which skaters did you use?

I'm getting Amped and Munch in a few weeks when my games arrive, I'll let you know what it's like if you don't already have it.

JSRF Update:

I've completed it, I mean really completed it. Everything that there possibly is to do, it's done. Story mode finished, 140 graffiti souls collected, all hidden characters unlocked, all street challanges past, all graffiti sprayed and JET ranking on all the levels.

Dam i'm good! I think thats quite an achivement, especially since it was done just under 36 hours. The JSRF play testers have said they can do everything in under 13 hours. I doubt that though. :)

There's a demo of it next month in OXM, and if there is a prise challange attached, I might enter. Anyone else gonna try it?

Thinking about getting Amped [?]
After that Grand Prix 4, Enclave and then Morrowind.
But I've got enough games for the moment really. Wanna play through Halo and Max Payne again too.

I've not been on it for a few days as I'm seriously addicted to progressing on PGR.
I think I've got about 5 or so street challenges to complete.
I'll go back to it soon and try to finish them off.
You say you've completed all the street challenges - that's quite an achievemnent.

I'm the kind of person who likes to complete and unlock every aspect of a game, so games like JSRF and PGR offer great longevity.
